Our range of frozen seafood products are processed under strict sanitary
and hygienic conditions on board our 9 state of the art fishing and
shrimping trawlers, all built to Lloyd specifications using ozone-friendly
refrigerator.
Our quality thrust is on the Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Point
(HACCP) which is further strengthened by strict and frequent controls
cum inspection by the competent Authority in Nigeria - Federal Department
of Fisheries. All hazards, i.e. Physical, Chemical and Biological
are always kept within their safe limits during and after processing.
We currently are in pursuit of ISO Certification.
Training of our food handlers is continuous and well as rigorous.
Our raw materials are purchased from certified and credited importers
after due testing with the Federal Govt. designated Public Analyst.
Similarly, our processed seafood products are analyzed for Physical,
Chemical and Biological Parameters of international concern to confirm
food safety during processing and prior export. |
