Tiger Prawns
 Wild
Black Ocean Tiger Prawns (Penaeus monodon)
Caught in the wild from the clean, non-polluted waters of the Gulf
of Guinea in the Eastern Central Atlantic (F.A.O. Zone 34) by our
deep sea trawlers. Graded, packed and frozen on board our EU approved
and HACCP compliant trawlers, they are landed in a ready-to- export
state. These prawns are presented whole, head-on, shell-on, fresh,
frozen in four different grades: <5/Kg, 6-10/Kg, 10-20/Kg &
20-30/Kg in 2 Kg net blocks without glaze water. 9 such blocks,which
are packed in HONEYWELL brand boxes are in turn packed in corrugated
boxes for export.
White Prawns
 White
Prawns, otherwise known as Southern Pink Shrimp (Penaeus notialis)
Caught in the wild from the clean non-polluted waters of the Gulf
of Guinea in the Eastern Central Atlantic (F.A.O. Zone 34) by our
deep sea trawlers. Graded, packed and frozen on board our EU approved,
HACCP compliant trawlers and landed in a ‘ready-to-export’
state.
These prawns are presented whole, Head-on, Shell-on, Fresh, Frozen
in eight different grades: 10-20/Kg to 120-150/Kg in 2 Kg net blocks
without glaze water. Under the brand name, "HONEYWELL".
Brown Shrimps
 Also
known as Guinea Shrimps, Parapenaeopsis atlantica is caught along
with tiger and white prawns from the Gulf of Guinea by our deep sea
trawlers. Graded, packed and frozen on board in five different grades,
the largest being 60-80/Kg and smallest being 150-200/Kg, brown shrimps
also are offered whole, Head-on, Shell-on, Fresh, Frozen product under
the brand name, “HONEYWELL”.
Crabs
 Atlantic
Swim Crab (Portunus validus)
Caught in the wild from Gulf of Guinea in the Eastern Central Atlantic
(F.A.O. Zone 34) by our deep sea trawlers. Packed and frozen whole
on board. Crabs are wrapped individually in nylon sheets and frozen
rapidly before being packed in master cartons of 8Kg net wt.
Crabs are also processed and packed on board into Crab Clusters and
Crab Claws upon special, confirmed orders.
Cuttle Fish
 Cuttle
Fish, Sepia spp is caught in the wild from the Gulf of Guinea along
with various types of shrimps and crabs. Graded, packed and frozen
on board in four (4) different grades viz. XL-Extra Large (more than
500gms per piece), L- Large (300-500gms per piece), M-Medium (200-300gms
per piece), S- Small (100-200gms per piece). Generally this product
is packed whole (thoroughly washed but not cleaned) in 5 kg or 10
kg blocks, which are in turn packed in corrugated paper cartons.
Other Products
Other products include: Red Mullet, Whole gutted sole, Whole round
Barracuda, Croakers, Squids, Squilla, Beche de mer, Rock Lobsters,
Deep Sea rose Shrimps (Parapenaeus longirostris) etc. |
